By accessing and using the PetZen website, you agree to these terms. PetZen sells pet accessories, including the 2-in-1 portable dog water bottle. Prices, descriptions and product availability may change without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use the site lawfully.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability. Payment is processed securely through the methods offered at checkout. After confirmation, you will receive an email with your order details.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return of an unused product in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
